⏳ How long does it take to receive my movie?Orders are processed within 1×24 hours (maximum 2×24 hours in rare cases). We will notify you via email (admin@getdvdbluray.com) once your movie is ready.

📥 How will I receive my movie?You will receive a Google Drive link via email (admin@getdvdbluray.com) where you can download your purchased movie or series.

🔎 Can I request a movie that’s not listed?Yes! If you can’t find a movie, use the Request Form, and we’ll check if we can provide it. You can also contact us at admin@getdvdbluray.com for any special requests.

🚫 Can I get a refund?Unfortunately, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once the digital file has been delivered.

📩 I haven’t received my movie. What should I do?If you haven’t received your order within the specified time, please check your spam folder or contact us via email at admin@getdvdbluray.com for assistance.
